By accessing or using OnHold ("the Service" or "the Platform"), operated by OnHold ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

OnHold helps buyers request verified holds and helps sellers approve them. Holds are time-limited and may be refundable depending on the workflow.

Seller approval

A hold is not active until the seller approves it.

Fees

Platform and processing fees may apply. The buyer is shown totals before confirming.

Disputes

We keep an audit trail of holds and messages to help resolve disputes.
